We are a privately-held Canadian federal corporation that specializes in constructing large scale internet-based systems. We have existing systems online that have been running successfully on the web for several years. Neither you or the customer require any technical expertise to understand the product, see its benefits, or to put it to work.

This existing system allows for thousands of building owners in various cities to be placed in a national rental directory so that customers can shop for a new rental property online. Each building has a specialized kind of site that can network with any other building so that all of the buildings owned or managed by one group are tied together. Each individual building site has many pages. These sites are not websites, but they can act just like a website. All of these sites are available to the public through any standard internet connection, so that the public can ask questions online, obtain maps, book a viewing appointment, converse by e-mail or fax, see photos of the building and its vacancies, and even download Renter Reward coupons while online, all for free.

We specialize in getting rental building managers to work with us on getting all of their buildings online using this technology. A building group can be a building owner or property management company. We will also work with owners that have a single multi-residential building.

With 10,000 apartment buildings in Canada, there certainly is a large pool of potential customers to sign up. There is also a lot of competition and our pricng reflects the competitive nature. We do have aspects of our offering that make us unique and allow us to stand out from the competition. The product is sold on a 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, or annual membership basis and there are various other plans and options available. There is an initial commission earned on the sale, and then residual payments on all renewals are paid perpetually and at the same rate as the initial commission, provided that your employment with us remains in effect. The key success factor to this position is in ensuring that the bookings continuously renew, which occurs automatically unless the customer calls to cancel.

The job itself involves working with rental building owners and property managers by phone. It is an ideal position for those who wish to work from home. No long distance calls are required. Your income is largely dependant upon your own personal abilities to sell the product over the phone so you must have the ability to read people effectively without seeing them, interact with a wide variety of personalities and cultures, convince customers that the product adds value to their business, and portray the product in an entirely non-technical manner using a sales and marketing binder which is provided. You must be an excellent CLOSER. You must possess the ability to sense a pending sale and close the sale by booking an order. If you have difficulty in initiating cold calls or closing a sale then this job is not for you. You may at your option meet with potential customers on a face-to-face basis, but this is not mandatory and is not normally required for this position.

You do not need any technical background to sell this product, but you should be familiar with using e-mail, using Windows, and accessing the world wide web. You must possess a computer that has the ability to send and receive e-mail and you must have access to the internet so that you can access online web content. You will be provided with an online work account that will allow you to upload data regarding rental buildings through your internet connection.

This opportunity is provided on a contract basis in which you would operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee. This means that you would provide your own computer and other materials required to perform the job, you are considered to be self-employed, you remit your own income taxes, and all payments are made to you for commission only, which is clearly defined in a simple contract between you and Mmicrosite.Com. If desired, this position may lead to full employment, where you may become an employee of Mmicrosite.Com on a part or full time basis and have a compensation package that includes both salary and commission, and which may also include bonuses, benefits, stock options, and profit sharing. In addition, successful entrepreneurs may be considered for positions whereby they act as independant businesses with full distribution rights and/or agency rights with protected geographic territories for Mmicrosite.Com products and services.

Hours of operation are typically from 9am to 5pm. A minimum number of successful sales per month is required and is dependant upon the number of days per week that you normally wish to work. This can be anywhere from 1 to 5 days. We do not restrict you from selling other products or services provided that they are not competitors to our products. Training is provided, and technical expertise is always available to assist you or your customer. We have extensive capabilities in design, programming, custom features, search engine optimization, etc. and technical staff will visit building owners and property managers as required in order to support your sales efforts.
