Mmicrosite.Com is a privately-held federal corporation that specializes in constructing large scale internet-based systems. We have existing systems online that have been running successfully on the web for several years. We now have a new product that can be sold to a very large audience, and independant small businesses are the initial target. While this product is technical in nature, neither you or the customer require any technical expertise to understand the product, see its benefits, or to put it to work.

This new system allows for thousands of businesses in various neighbourhoods to be networked together so that customers can shop the entire neighbourhood online. We specialize in getting neighbourhood groups of businesses together to work with us on getting their members online using this technology. We work on getting as many businesses within a group signed up as possible. We also work with alternate groups such as associations to get their entire membership base online.

There certainly is a large pool of potential customers to sign up. The product is very economical which makes it affordable by everyone, and it is sold on an annual membership basis. There is an initial commission earned on the sale, and then residual payments are earned on all annual renewals provided that your contract with us remains in effect.

The job itself entails working with the business customer directly on their premises. You will be assigned a neighbourhood, with the expectation that you will call on, and book business from, every potential business customer that is possible in that area. A minimum close ratio of 20% is expected, ie if you present the product to five different customers, one of those five is expected to sign up within the first 90 days. For this reason you must be an excellent CLOSER. You must possess the ability to sense a pending sale and close the sale by booking an order. If you have difficulty in closing a sale then this job is not for you.

We also have a range of products than can be sold as additions to the basic sale. These additional products also pay out commissions on an ongoing basis. Your income is largely dependant upon your own personal abilities to sell the product at a face-to-face level so you must have the ability to read people effectively, interact with a wide variety of personalities and cultures, convince customers that the product adds value to their business, and portray the product in an entirely non-technical manner using a sales presentation binder which is provided.

You do not need any technical background to sell this product, but you should be familiar with using e-mail, using Windows, and accessing the world wide web. You must possess a computer that has the ability to send and receive e-mail and you must have access to the internet so that you can access online web content. You will be provided with an online work account that will allow you to upload data regarding business customers through your internet connection. You may be required to use a digital camera to take a few photographs of each business that signs up for our service.

This opportunity is provided on a contract basis in which you would operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee. This means that you would provide your own computer and other materials required to perform the job, you are considered to be self-employed, you remit your own income taxes, and all payments are made to you for commission only, which is clearly defined in a simple contract between you and Mmicrosite.Com. If desired, this position may lead to full employment, where you may become an employee of Mmicrosite.Com on a part or full time basis and have a compensation package that includes both salary and commission, and which may also include bonuses, benefits, stock options, and profit sharing. In addition, successful entrepreneurs may be considered for positions whereby they act as independant businesses with full distribution rights and/or agency rights with protected geographic territories for Mmicrosite.Com products and services.

Hours of operation are typically from 9am to 5pm. A minimum number of successful sales per month is required and is dependant upon the number of days per week that you normally wish to work. This can be anywhere from 2 to 5 days. We do not restrict you from selling other products or services provided that they are not competitors to our products. If you are not an independent contractor and are not sure on how to become one, we can provide you with the required knowledge and assistance should we decide to contract you for this position.

Training is provided, and technical expertise is always available to assist you or your customer. We have extensive capabilities in design, programming, custom features, search engine optimization, etc. and technical staff will visit business customers as required in order to support your sales efforts.
